The Founders believed in the sanctity/vital importance of the individual liberties guaranteed in the Bill of Rights. To what extent (or in what ways) has our government compromised on these liberties in the name of security or the general welfare?
The grand prize winner receives $5,000! Plus, we're giving away up to 30 cash prices for runners-up and students who participate.
Encourage your students to enter the We the Students Essay Contest here. - The Pleasant Valley Historical Society announces a scholarship opportunity for original research on local history. An award of $250 will be made to the student (age18 or less) who produces the best piece of work.
